20240709 1430 Get Up and Get Moving at The ACB Convention Originally Broadcasted July 9, 2024, on ACB Media Zoom Recorder Attendees shared their healthy lifestyle stories with the GUGM committee at our breakout session. Participants enjoyed learning some exercises with Leslie Spoone and got relaxed with some of Koni Sims' aromatherapy and massages.
